The new Medical Disc System MDS 5300Nx and 5100Nx integrates RAID 5 hard drives enabling storage of images and information and providing another level of protection from disk failures. In addition to the already powerful embedded control system the MDS Nx Series will enable medical applications providers to host their applications such as PACS without the need of an external computer.
